Are you a good driver? If not sure this might interest you. To view the whole article please click here. As humans do errors even well experienced drivers aren’t protected from accidents on the road, so Human-Machine interaction systems, such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), are next on car safety. This system reduces car speed by reading road signs and checking out traffic in front. Also, it will help the driver cross traffic from blind parking spaces and has many more features.
The new Ford Taurus is equipped with ADAS. Also, in German a Mercedes already recognizes the European uniform road signs.
The US government is experimenting with between cars communication, which transmits to another car information about danger in front.
I like driving and also reading articles like this about technology, which makes life enjoyable. It’s for sure that much safer to use technology on car safety than teach humans make less errors in critical situations. Chances of being in accidents are much higher while driving still not awaken in the morning or tired on way back home, so in these and many other dangerous situations technology (they don’t sleep or tire) is coming to help. Enjoy driving, everyone!

i dont know how to drive and dont interested in technology. anyways, i dont have the same opinion with you. i think human can control everything, but i dont belive much about tech. a machine can have some problem oneday, and who will fix that problem, and who design it. i think people can do everything better than other things although it is very technological
Hi Haiyenna. Thanks for commenting my post. You're right that you don't believe technology, but techology is made by human and it's not separate from human. So, as you believe that human can control or do better could be also meant that technology made by "that" human is good for humans. We dealing everyday with technology such as skytrain without operator and I hope you trust it. Good luck.
What an interesting article! You both make some good points. On one hand, machines can make mistakes, but on the other hand, so can humans. A system that alerts humans to potential problems may have some value. Even the name, the "Human-Machine interaction system" suggests that cooperation is possible. Good comments, both of you!
